When You Are
Being Shaken Up
So Badly.​

Things seem to have taken up even more uncontainable force, reaching the middle of the Red Horse Year (赤馬年), with an explosive speed unbeknownst to us, shattering and shaking up our incomplete references, demanding to see the vivid, continuous dream, and leaving zero escape doors for our ceaseless attempts to hide and avoid what demands to be seen.

It is known that one day the universe will challenge our patterns and our incomplete references, and what will happen then…

We'll feel conflicted, confused, restless, and exhausted, and probably we will feel the heavy cocoon of doubt.

We might try to continue to hide ourselves, we might try to put on more masks, and we will try to stubbornly go with our way of life, holding all deep things we do not want to face inside of us in a very hidden place.

But for how long can the things be hidden? How long can we avoid things? Can you hide from the universe? Does hiding and avoiding go with the laws of the universe? And if it goes against the laws of the universe, how long can you hold it?

Once information is generated, there cannot be hiding forever.

We can avoid people, some situations, and some circumstances but we cannot hide from the universe, and we certainly cannot hide from the laws of the universe.

Sooner or later what we are trying to hide and avoid will come to us.

We hide from the invitation to the call of the hero’s journey, and we have been avoiding this call for such a long time.

But when the invitation to the call comes back—which it will —it will come with an extra strength. It will be so strong that it will shake up things more compellingly and more forcefully, with greater intensity and capability than in the past.

You won’t have any choice about it anymore. There is no hiding forever.

So what are the practical steps when our patterns face the reality of the universe, when the laws of the universe shake them up?

They will get disturbed.

And when they are disturbed, conflicted, and confused, doubt will come to you.

Here is where the secret lies.

This is a crucial turning point once things are shaken up pretty badly and the house of cards has been shattered, and there is no turning back to how things were...

Trust the doubt.
In the doubt, trust is present.

This might sound strange because we might say that doubt is the opposite of trust, right? We might say, when there is doubt, there is no trust. But we need to trust the doubt in order for doubt to exist. Yet, if we focus solely on the doubt, we will not see the trust.

It's true that doubt is different from trust, but doubt cannot destroy trust because without trust we will not have doubts. When we doubt, we trust the doubt. It is just that our focus is solely on the doubt instead of on the trust.

It is difficult for us to see trust everywhere, because we are searching for trust in the wrong places.

So here is a paradox.

Because when we experience doubt in life, it means that our patterns are being challenged by the laws of the universe.

Does ignorance follow the law of life? Is it manifesting the truth of life? The truth of the universe? What happens when you are facing the truth, and it does not go with ignorance? Is it possible to feel trust at that moment?

When we are going against the laws of the universe, and our patterns of the consciousness are in conflict with the universe, the universe is trying to show us how to change direction. It wants us to wake up from our dream and to see the ignorance that is guiding our lives.

Many secrets are hidden in paradoxes.

In Ren Xue Life Cultivation there are many paradoxes in life, and we need to observe them. Paradoxes reveal a deeper truth about objective reality and the laws of the universe, of Dao.

Doubt can be a key or a path to trust.

Focusing on trust at that moment is your opportunity to really manifest trust, without the control of the tentacles of the patterns.

The nature of doubt is that it is questioning the patterns that you already have. When you experience doubt it is not because there is no trust in you. Your trust is there in your heart. It is part of your heart; it is part of your true nature. It has just been hidden and controlled and covered by the patterns, and you cannot connect with what is there.

You are lacking the references to see this. The references you have are incomplete. They lack true understanding. They are ignorant.

When we immerse ourselves into the doubt, and we can open up to the doubt, we are able to open up to the message—to the laws of the universe—helping you to break through the doubt.

The universe is like making a break on those layers of patterns that are around your heart.

In this very precious moment that might feel like hell has broken out, you might scream inside, "How can I wake up from this nightmare, please?? Help!"

…Comes the tricky part. And this is a very important key.

In this given moment…

>> Go inward and yield to the support of the universe.
>> Embrace the true trust.
>> You are being pushed and prodded by the universe, to show you how to open your heart.

When your patterns are shaken up, there is a gap.

This gap can help you to break through the ignorance of the patterns with trust and to make the connection with the laws of the universe and the universe itself.

As much as it feels like the unpredictable energy of the Red Fire Horse is speeding up into unbearable, unbeknownst areas, embrace this movement.

Because when you experience doubt, you have the opportunity to accelerate and make a breakthrough in the gap.

The universe is constantly trying to go to your heart, but that is not enough unless you also make the effort from inside of the heart to go out, willing to build new references with the support of the "Mentor" in Life Cultivation.
